THE SHIFT
This eight week online workshop includes eight, one hour live calls, which are also recorded for attendees. The workshop includes topics such as building a brand and attracting ideal clientele, designing a fantastic client experience, how create extensive client education, marketing, pricing, in person sales, dramatic natural lighting, off camera lighting, our entire strategy on a wedding day, post-processing, workflow, business management, productivity, and work-life balance. Attendees also receive a one hour one on one mentoring session as an added bonus (a $250 value)!

I HAD BEEN FOLLOWING ASHLEY’S WORK FOR AWHILE AND WHEN I CAME ACROSS THE SHIFT, HER ONLINE WORKSHOP, I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE A PERFECT FIT FOR ME. I LOVED THE IDEA THAT IT WASN’T TWO DAYS JAM PACKED WITH AN MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE AND WAS SPREAD OUT OVER TIME. WE BROKE IT DOWN WEEK BY WEEK, WHICH ALLOWED ME TO FOCUS ON SPECIFIC THINGS AT A TIME AND REALLY NAIL THEM DOWN.
ASHLEY IS A PHENOMENAL TEACHER AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US OUT THROUGH THE ENTIRE COURSE. I WOULD NO DOUBT TAKE THIS CLASS AGAIN AND RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE IN SEARCH OF A WORKSHOP!

Ashley has been an inspiration for a couple of years. Her images are flawless and her use of off-camera lighting made her standout in the St. Louis area. I was pretty happy with how things were going within my business, but I wanted to make some changes to make it even better. I reached out to Ashley for a full-day of hands-on training with a special emphasis on off-camera lighting. We had 12 hours of uninterrupted training that was catered to me and my business. Ashley was an open book and took the time to not only answer all of my questions, but also explain why she does what she does. The afternoon was focused on lighting with a hands-on training session to finish off the evening. My images have been taken to the next level exactly as I wanted, and Ashley has been extremely helpful with all of my follow-up questions since the workshop. I'm so glad I invested in education with her!

I had the enormous privilege of spending the last three days at TRIO Workshops. As I decompress and reflect on what I learned, I can't help but think, IRON sharpens IRON. I have been surrounded by some of the most talented women in my industry (in St. Louis) for the past three days. Each of them is beautiful, strong, talented, savvy, kind, and unique.
